On this episode of One Minute Millionaire, we sit down with Tom Griffith one-half of the amazing founders behind “Emma & Toms”, one of Australia’s leading nutritional juice companies that you can predominantly find in supermarkets and cafes across the country.

Tom talks about his background in entrepreneurship and how he came across the idea of starting an organic juice company in Australia, after seeing it in the UK. He also talks about the hardest part of having a start-up and ways to combat those obstacles, especially when it comes to producing products and trying to get them sold by retailers. He also touches on how the company survived covid, the challenges that bought and the changes that had to be made.

He also talks about success coming from working hard and not just getting the 'A's or achieving the highest profits. Tom also enlightens us with his favourite thing to do in the business world, his least favourite thing and his best and worst advice to give to someone starting out.
