Multi-talented Geelong entertainer Brandon Burns reckons the start of his latest venture, TorchT Productions, sounds like the opening lines to a gag.

But the real-life trio of singer Burns, accountant Terry Paule - the Co-Founder of Findex and filmmaker Ben Thompson have launched a new production company.

Burns, a one-time Australian Idol singer, said the three were putting their creative juices into producing online TV packages for small business that add an element of fun.

"Customers are dying to be entertained by businesses," Burns, a singer turned business facilitator and investor, said.

'They want to feel included in the journey of their favourite brands. We're acutely aware that making people laugh and really conenct with a brand, especially during these unique times, is more important than ever."

He said the venture would help businesses address three key challenges in the digital content marketplace: access, affordability and content.

Burns said online delivery needed multi-level creativity and cut-through.

"Now, more than ever businesses and brands are doubling down on their media presence, quality of content and focus on differentiating from their competition," Burns said.
